Sonic - Scorched Form I'm not sure how to feel about this new design
as a positive, it's moved away from being an EXE clone, which is a nice change of pace
but that change isn't exactly the most... elegant.
I can see what jack was trying to go for, but he ends up looking like a runebear from elden ring painted blue and with down syndrome.
The "Super Scorched" form is also an interesting concept, but he ends up looking more like he's soaked in piss rather than the DBZ aesthetic of the regular Super Sonic, which again, might also be intentional.
I find the schizo part of his plotline really funny, and it's probably the most charming thing about him at this point.
I'm probably being nitpicky due to my pre-existing bias against the character, but great art nonetheless.

If I were tasked with redesigning this guy, making it look like an actual bootleg would be priority number one. As for the monster form, the best idea I could think of would be if sonic just spontaneously appeared inside the skeleton of the bootleg, wearing its skin and trying to kill himself but to no avail, producing a more and more grotesque form as a result. The name "Scorched" could come from the appearance of sonic after trying to burn through all of the backlog of extra lives the bootleg has, looking like a charred corpse.
